Every qualification characteristic defines certain place(s) of graduates in the national economy; it indicates relevant competence requirements and higher education standards in the form of the skills necessary to fulfill certain professional tasks. In the system of standards of higher education the above requirements are presented in a generalized form in Figure 2. Characteristics provide a model of professional competence and serve as a guideline for education – the professional programme presented in the system of content modules (Figure 3).
